2012 Korea Economic Forum
The 2012 Korea Economic Forum, hosted by the Korea JoongAng Daily-International Herald Tribune, will take place at 7 a.m. today at Ruby Hall in Yeong Bin Gwan of Shilla Hotel, central Seoul. The annual forum is aimed at helping financial group leaders, diplomats and CEOs of foreign companies better understand key issues of the Korean economy. Kim Seok-dong, chairman of the Financial Services Commission, will give a keynote speech. Following Kim’s speech, the 2012 Yeosu Expo Organizing Committee will deliver a special presentation about the exposition which runs for three months starting in May.
