SM Town wows’em in Taiwan on return from similar success in Los Angeles
After conquering the U.S. with a concert in Los Angeles on May 20, artists belonging to SM Entertainment did the same in Taiwan on Saturday night.
Acts such as Kangta, BoA, TVXQ, Super Junior, Girls' Generation, SHINee, f(x) and EXO as well as Chinese songstress Zhang Li Yin took to the stage at the Hsinchu County Stadium in Taipei for show that lasted four hours.
As well as singing all of their hit songs, the stars participated in some collaborative performances with various representatives from Chinese members of selected groups.
Sub-unit groups like Super Junior M, Donghae and Eunhyuk as well as newly formed trio TaeTiSeo from Girls¡¯ Generation also sang their hit songs.
A total of 50 songs were sung to the delight of fans, who waved glow sticks of all colors in honor of their favorite groups.
Ahead of the concert when the artists touched down on Friday, more than 1,000 fans greeted them at Taoyuan International Airport, bringing the place to a standstill.
