Rain, rain go away
Seoul enjoys bright skies yesterday after Typhoon Khanun headed north from the city, leaving less-than-expected damage. Four international flights and four domestic flights from Incheon International Airport were canceled due to strong wind and torrential rainfall, while rail lines to the airport came to a halt for 30 minutes yesterday morning due to a power outage.
