Seoul enjoys bright skies yesterday after Typhoon Khanun headed north from the city, leaving less-than-expected damage. Four international flights and four domestic flights from Incheon International Airport were canceled due to strong wind and torrential rainfall, while rail lines to the airport came to a halt for 30 minutes yesterday morning due to a power outage. Ten domestic flights from Gimpo International Airport were canceled. The typhoon passed 17 kilometers (10.6 miles) east of the capital yesterday morning and dissipated in the waters of the East Sea.
