Kim Jung-min’s video distributor fined 5 million won

The 37-year-old salary man has been fined 5 million won ($4,358) for the defamatory and fraudulent video.
When the scandal broke in February, Kim used her Twitter account to denounce the video as a sham.
“I’ve never taken part in such activities. I saw the clip myself and can confirm that it’s not me. This is the toughest time I’ve ever faced in my career,” Kim tweeted.
She said that although it isn’t the first time she’s been publicly humiliated, she wanted to speak up on the matter as her dignity was at stake.
