Byul tells all about surprise proposal

Byul said that after Haha announced their wedding was to take place next month, it was actually her who suggested that the couple file for marriage ahead of time.
“He was ecstatic and took me to the district office where the officer there presented me with a bouquet,” said the singer.
Although usually not the one to be fooled, Byul said she had no idea that Haha had actually planned the event, which consisted of the same officer presenting her with a ring and their friends jumping out from under desks.
“He said to me, ‘I like you. Let’s get marked,’ ” explained Byul.
Netizens were amused, with many commenting that the proposal was in true form of the comedian groom.
The official wedding sheds light onto just why Haha had been acting as a rightful son-in-law at Byul’s father’s funeral reception in the last few days.
