FT Island and fans donate in band’s name

테스트

FT Island and its fan club Prima Donna have made a donation to an African nation.
According to Korea Food for the Hungry International on Dec. 4, the fan club donated a computer and books to a school in Cote d’Ivoire.

The K-pop group and its fan base donated more than 120 books and a computer to a center for kids in the African nation that has been under hardship from a civil war two years ago.

“A lot of the kids who have nothing find solace in books,” said a spokesperson from the children’s center.
“Because of the donation we are able to facilitate a library,” said the organization who said it was indebted to the boy band.
In response to the group’s generosity, kids have also made thank-you cards and sent a picture of themselves with the donations, to the group.

When FT Island received the picture and cards they said they were even more touched.
“We are the ones who should say thank you to the cards and pictures from afar,” said the group.
