Height proposal
The Seoul City government announced yesterday a set of guidelines to limit heights of skyscrapers in major districts of Seoul in order to preserve the natural skyline of the capital. Under the guidelines, buildings in the residential areas of Apgujeong, Banpo and Ichon, should be 35 floors or lower, while those in Yeouido and Jamsil, known as commercial districts, are allowed to be 50 floors or lower.
