Lotte Hotel WorldOngoing: Toh Lim, the Chinese restaurant at Lotte Hotel World, has set up a promotion for spring with a new executive chef, Chung Wai Keung from Guangzhou province, China. Chung, with 24 years of experience at JW Marriott Hotel Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia and other top restaurants, will take the helm of the Chinese restaurant. The “Chef Chung Wai Keung Promotion” offers Wai Keung Course A priced at 110,000 won ($98.39)and Wai Keung Course B priced at 150,000 won. Coriander and beef soup and live sea lobster in cheese sauce will be among the special Chinese dishes presented by Chung Wai Keung.
All prices are inclusive of 10 percent service charge and 10 percent taxes.
