Lotte Mart to mine 20,000 customers for product reviews


Lotte Mart said yesterday that it will accept 20,000 customers to review the retailer’s private label. This is twice the size of customer reviewers that the retailer had operated in the past.

Since 2011, some 10,000 customers reviewed Lotte Mart’s products, which helped develop 60 private labels.

It highlighted a wet tissue that the retailer began producing since March 2012 from the customer review process had become a major seller, selling 25,000 units a month on average.

The customers on the panel will be able to suggest ideas regarding the development of new products as well as test them for a year.
