Asiana will set up 40 streetlamps abroad
Asiana Airlines said Thursday that it will set up 40 solar-powered streetlamps around Unesco World Heritage sites in Vietnam, such as Hoi An Ancient Town and My Son Sanctuary, as part of global CSR efforts along with the Korea International Cooperation?Agency and Korea National Commission for Unesco.Kumho Asiana Group Chairman Park Sam-koo, Asiana Airlines CEO Yoon Young-doo, Vietnam’s Deputy Minister of Planning and Investment Dao Quang Thu and 400 guests held a ground breaking ceremony on Thursday in Vietnam. Meanwhile, the company said that Chairman Park Sam-koo received an appreciation plaque.
