Singers to sit in as temporary DJs

Singer John Park and Kim Jong-wan, a member of the boy band Nell, will work as temporary DJs to sit in on a radio program on MBC.
Jungyeop of Brown Eyed Soul, who anchors his own show, “Jung Yeop’s Blue Night,” will be overseas for work-related assignments this week, so the two singers will take turns filling his seat.
John Park met with fans on the program last night and will continue hosting until today. Kim will take over until Thursday.
“John Park has garnered much attention from people in their 20s who constitute most of the listeners of our program,” said the show’s production team. “Also, we expect Park to bring out some new charm on radio, as he has been showing great sense in making others entertained through many TV programs recently.”
The team added that Kim was chosen as a daily DJ because his voice has been proven to be comfortable for a nighttime radio show through many programs.
