Tickets to singer Kim Jae-joong’s solo concert in Seoul sold out just 15 minutes after going on sale on Tuesday.
The member of K-pop trio JYJ is scheduled to begin the tour for his first solo album in Seoul on Nov. 2 and 3 at Coex Mall, Samseong-dong, in southern Seoul. Around 14,000 tickets were released for the two shows on the online shopping mall Interpark, but demand was so high that many people reported delays and difficulties.
“As Kim has transformed himself into the perfect rock musician through his latest mini-album, many fans and industry experts are hopeful about the coming concert and the album,” said his agency CJeS Entertainment.
The singer released a mini-album, titled “I,” in January.
