Fuse TV spotlights K-pop all week

Fuse TV, a music-themed cable TV channel in the United States, will air a week of programs looking at the Korean pop music scene and its stars, including Jay Park, Tiger JK, T-ara and the big-name roster at YG Entertainment.

Called “Fuse Loves Seoul: From K-Pop to Hip Hop,” the series aims to explore K-pop and Korean pop culture in-depth for American audiences.

The series kicks off today with YG’s girl group 2NE1 and promises a look at how the leading K-pop agency finds and trains new talent.

An episode on Big Bang will air on Wednesday while the hip-hop group Epik High and singer Lee Hi will be introduced on Jan. 21 and 22.

In addition to YG’s artists, the show will also look at U-Kiss, Yoon Mi-rae and the Canadian video bloggers Eat Your Kimchi.
