‘Thrice Married Woman’ gets 8 more episodes
Broadcaster SBS will air eight more episodes of “Thrice Married Woman,” according to Ilgan Sports, an affiliate of the Korea JoongAng Daily, yesterday.The production company of the weekend drama has confirmed that the drama will have a total of 40 episodes and will end on March 30.
“We had an internal meeting [yesterday] and confirmed to produce eight more shows,” said an official at the company. “We will have more time to depict more detailed stories.”
As of now, the drama has aired 20 episodes.
Other local media reported that such a decision has a lot to do with the drama that is supposed to follow the current one. The next drama, “Angel Eyes,” has allegedly experienced some casting delays for its actors and actresses.
Extra episodes added to the ongoing drama will give more time for the production company of “Angel Eyes” to finalize the prep work.
