The Hanjin Group holds a ceremony yesterday at the construction site for the Wilshire Grand Hotel in Los Angeles. The event was attended by Hanjin Group Chairman Cho Yang-ho, Mayor Eric Garcetti and Christopher Martin, CEO of AC Martin Partners. The construction project is aiming to take a shot at setting a Guinness World Record for the largest continuous pouring of concrete. More than 82 million pounds, or 42,930 tons, of concrete will be poured. That is the equivalent of 2,100 truckloads. [NEWSIS]
