Scientists create first foldable, shape-retaining memory cell
A group of local scientists succeeded in developing a foldable memory cell that does not return to its original shape. It is made of ferroelectric material, which allows it to store information without a continuous power supply and accelerates the speed at which it can process information. Other flexible memory cells were difficult to use in wearable devices.
