CJ Group creates safety office under holding company
CJ Group, the country’s 20th-largest conglomerate, which specializes in food and entertainment, said yesterday that it has created a new safety management office to unify its system, which was previously overseen by each affiliate.According to the conglomerate, it has established a safety management office directly under CJ Corporation, the group’s holding company, “to be equipped with an integrated system” at a time when safety-related matters have become a social issue and importance of managing disasters has grown.
