All-male group Bangtan Boys will release its first full-length album next month, according to its agency Big Hit Entertainment.
It has been six months since the group released the mini-album “Skool Luv Affair.”
“Because it will be the first regular album for the group, we are putting a lot of efforts to go over the details on music and other things as well,” the agency said.
“We will show the real deal of a hip-hop group’s identity.”
The group, which debuted in June last year, has received much recognition as a rookie band after winning a variety of awards inside and outside of Korea. Bangtan Boys’ full-length album comes about a year and a half after the band’s official debut.
The LP will be released on Aug. 20, but fans will get a sneak peek at the album on Aug. 6 as the agency plans to make some content related to it available to the public, although it did not specify any other details.
