People take a look around the controversy-shrouded Lotte World Mall in southeastern Seoul yesterday after the Seoul Metropolitan Government allowed the conglomerate to operate a “pre-opening period” of 10 days from last Saturday to Sept. 16 for anyone who books online. The city government said it would approve an official opening after listening to visitors’ opinions amid persistent safety concerns about the 123-story skyscraper. [NEWS1]
