Just days before K-pop diva Ailee is scheduled to launch her third mini-album, the singer’s agency, YMC Entertainment, released a teaser image via Twitter (@YMC_ent) yesterday.
In the image, 25-year-old Ailee is dressed similarly to the character Pierrot, a sullen-looking clown featured in late 17th-century Italian theater.
A logo embedded in the upper-right corner indicates that the album will be titled “Magazine.”
“Magazine” will initially be released through online music websites next Thursday and will then hit offline stores four days later on Sept. 29.
The agency was quoted by local news outlet Newsen as saying that the upcoming launch will “show a more improved and mature” version of Ailee, and feature “new styles of her charms.”
YMC Entertainment also said through Twitter that the celebrity will exclusively showcase her album for fans next Thursday in Cheongdam-dong, southern Seoul.
Reservations are necessary, and more information is provided on the company’s official Twitter account.
Having debuted in 2012, a few of the solo artist’s greatest hits include “Heaven” (2012), “Higher” (2013), “Singing Got Better” (2014) and “U & I” (2014).
