Osram Korea, a global light manufacturer headquartered in Germany, launched the “Osram Bright Gas Station Campaign” with its newly released “Avenue.120” LED light.
As a part of the campaign, the company collaborated with credit card companies to lower monthly installment fees for small and midsize gas stations that wish to change the metal lamps on their canopies to the Avenue.120.
The Avenue.120 is three times as bright as the metal lighting and can last 50,000 hours - 10 times longer than the metal ones.
It also cuts electricity use as much as 73 percent compared to metal lights.
“[This campaign] will contribute to sustainable management of gas stations by saving on electricity and maintenance fees,” said CEO Bang In-chul.
