Hyundai Glovis revenue hits record on overseas business
Hyundai Glovis, a logistics affiliate of Hyundai Motor Group, said revenue last year reached a record high of 13.92 trillion won ($12.7 billion), thanks to its overseas business.The company, which delivers Hyundai and Kia vehicles, said 2014 revenue was up 8.2 percent from a year earlier and exceeded the annual target by 2.4 percent.
For this year, Hyundai Glovis said its goal is sales of 14.5 trillion won.
Operating profit for 2014 was 644.6 billion won, a 1.2 percent year-on-year increase, while net profit went up 11.4 percent to 536.2 billion won.
