SM holding family concerts
Musicians of SM Entertainment, arguably one of the top entertainment companies in Korea, gathered to hold concerts in Tokyo Dome in Japan, according to one of the Korean media outlets Star News.The family concert, “SMTOWN LIVE WORLD TOUR IV in JAPAN Special Edition,” started on Sunday afternoon and it will last until Monday.
Various soloists and boy and girl bands including Boa, Exo and Girls’ Generation will all take part in the concert. In terms of the boy duo TVXQ, only Max participated in the event since the other member U-Know will soon enroll in mandatory military service on July 21.
The upcoming event is not SM’s first family concert at the Tokyo Dome. Whenever the event has taken place, all tickets sold out and as many as fifty thousand fans attended the concert.
SM will hold another family concert on July 25 and 26 at the Kyocera Dome in Osaka.
