Expectations high for new GOT7 record

The JYP-affiliated boy group GOT7 will release their new album, “Just Right,” on Monday, the entertainment agency announced Wednesday.

The all-male act’s third single contains six songs, including the title track “Just Right,” which mixes Southern hip-hop rhythms and a pop melody. The track’s lyrics revolve around encouraging an anxious girlfriend to relax and feel confident.

All the soon-to-be-unveiled tracks are influenced by hip-hop and R&B, accompanied by addictive melodies.

Expectations are high for GOT7’s upcoming album: Grammy Award-winning producing duo Jackie Boyz collaborated on the title track, whose lyrics were penned by renowned Korean producer Park Jin-young.

The new album also includes the songs “Nice,” “Mine” and “Back to Me.” Before its release, GOT7 will appear live on Naver Starcast at 11 p.m. Thursday.
