The 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics would demand 13 trillion won alone to build sports facilities and infrastructure./ 2018 평창 동계올림픽 시설과 인프라 건설에만 13조원이 들어갈 예정이다/ If the facilities are not utilized after the games, they could bankrupt the local government./ 만약 대회 후 그러한 시설을 활용하지 못한다면 지방정부를 파산시킬 수 있을 정도다/ Other local governments should learn from the recent Military World Games and try to work together, instead of competing to host events./ 다른 지방 정부도 힘을 합쳐 성공적으로 치러 낸 최근의 세계군인체육대회의 교훈을 본받아야 하고 행사를 개최하기 위한 경쟁을 피해야 할 것이다/
