Spurs’ Son Heung-min dating an actress
English Premier League football player Son Heung-min is dating the former K-pop girl group member You So-young.
Pictures of the two on a date near Paju, Gyeonggi, were published by a local online entertainment news agency Wednesday night, and You’s agency instantly confirmed their romantic relationship.
“They just began seeing each other,” Star Yiagi Entertainment said.
You debuted in 2009 as part of the girl group After School, but she left the group the same year, citing her health.
After her departure, the 29-year-old singer began pursuing an acting career. She has been appearing in drama series, including “Eating Existence” (2015) and “Dream High 2” (2012), in supporting roles.
Meanwhile, Tottenham Hotspur forward Son Heung-min is one of the most promising Korean football players. The 23-year-old transferred to Tottenham Hotspur from Bayer Leverkusen in August, clinching 30 million euros ($32 million).
