Finance minister Yoo Il-ho gives a speech at an economic ministerial meeting at Seoul Government Complex on Thursday. Yoo said there are some positive signs such as an eased decline in exports, but the local and global economic conditions are still very weak. He said the government will do its best to expand exports by helping Korean industries enter Southeast Asian markets and by improving the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement between Korea and India.
