KB Kookmin Bank to launch express money transfer service

KB Kookmin Bank announced that it will start “KB-Western Union AUTO SEND,” an automatic express international money transfer service, in collaboration with Western Union.

With this system, customers can transfer a fixed amount of foreign currency on a specified day and can also send their balance in one-hour intervals during the bank’s open hours, while being restricted to a daily transfer of $5,000.

Customers will get the benefits of a money transfer service that does not require the receivers to have a bank account, as they can collect the money from any one of the 50,0000 Western Union stores worldwide within 30 minutes. Furthermore, it has a lower transaction cost than Western Union’s express money transfer service.
