Tourists and bargain hunters brave the rain on Friday to check out the 2016 Seoul Summer Sale, the biggest shopping festival in the nation’s capital, in Myeong-dong, central Seoul. Over 1,000 cosmetics, clothing and entertainment outlets are participating in the festival, which wraps up at the end of July.
