A group opposed to “fake refugees,” top, calls on the government to strengthen scrutiny of migrants who come to Korea seeking asylum in central Seoul on Saturday. A few blocks away, activists stage a rally in support of asylum seekers. Over 500 Yemenis fleeing civil war are awaiting refugee status on Jeju Island, where they entered this year without visas, taking advantage of a visa-free program on the island.
