K-pop pilgrimage
Fans gather at Seoul Plaza in central Seoul on Thursday, where popular K-pop artists including Exo, Red Velvet and Luna of f(x) will perform at the Shopper’s Fun Night, which kicks off the Korea Sale Festa today. The sale event, which is celebrating its third anniversary, runs through Oct. 7, and major companies, including Samsung Electronics, are participating. Some of the companies are giving out discounts of as much as 80 percent on their products. [YONHAP]
