Mirae Asset Daewoo gets The Asset’s Triple A award
Mirae Asset Daewoo has been awarded at the Triple A Country Awards 2019 held by The Asset, an Asia-focused financial magazine. The Korean brokerage said on Monday that it was recognized for issuing a bond for social responsibility projects. It said that it was credited with raising the standing of bonds with social and environment mandates, which go relatively unknown in the finance sector. The debt instrument is issued with the promise that the funds raised will be used for social or eco-friendly intiatives. The Asset’s annual award offer recognition in Asia for financial institutions that showed great performance in corporate treasury management and trade finance.
