‘Kill This Love’ clip tops video list
Girl group Blackpink’s music video for “Kill This Love” (2019) was ranked No. 1 on a list of the best music videos of 2019 published by music magazine Tracklist on Thursday.According to the ranking, Blackpink’s music video for their 2019 hit beat out music videos from pop superstars like Taylor Swift and Ariana Grande thanks to its powerful scenes that matched the upbeat dance track.
Tracklist also listed Blackpink’s performance at the Coachella Music and Arts Festival in April as one of the most influential music events of the year.
“Kill This Love,” was released in April, and the clip was also featured on a list of the year’s top music videos by digital music outlet Pitchfork.
“Blackpink is currently working on their new album, which is set to come in early 2020,” YG Entertainment said.
