Astro’s long-awaited ‘Gateway’ EP will be released on May 4
Boy band Astro will drop its seventh EP “Gateway” on May 4, the group’s agency Fantagio said on Monday.The agency released a first teaser poster on Monday. The poster shows multiple doors leading into another with a blue universe waiting at the end.
Astro revealed its new group identity on Friday with a short video titled “Identity Film: Wanna Be Your Star,” where six stars, symbolizing the group’s six members, were joined by a seventh - the fans.
This is the first release for the band in a year and four months, after its first full-length album “All Light” dropped last year.
“Astro will look back at the path it has taken since its debut, with the desire to pioneer its way to the future,” the agency said.
“The upcoming album and songs will feature this idea.”
