Aero K passengers to be greeted with the sounds of Sunwoojunga

Passengers on Aero K airline during March will be able to listen to the voice of singer Sunwoojunga live during takeoff and landing in a special event held prior to the airline's official launch next month.

Aero K, a newly-founded airline that will officially launch next month, has been running test flights since Thursday that will continue for two weeks.

As a part of its opening event, the airline started its "Artist On Board" series where passengers will be able to interact with musicians during unexpected parts of their flight experience.

For the first event, Sungwoojunga will play a special list of music she has curated for passengers to enjoy while the plane takes off and lands.

On March 25, a plane departing from Cheongju, North Chungcheong, at 11:20 a.m. will be designated the "Sunwoojunga flight."

"The collaboration comes as a new method of bringing together fans and artists from industries that have been struck hard by Covid-19," Aero K said.

"As there are limited services we can offer to passengers these days, we hope that the music prepared by Aero K and Sunwoojunga comforts people and gives them a unique experience."

The schedules for the test flights running can be seen on the company's official website. Tickets can be bought at TMON, WeMakePrice and Coupang.
