Check in checks out
A sign is on display at a supermarket in Seoul on Sunday informing customers that they are no longer required to check in upon entry. The government discontinued the use of the digital check-in system on Saturday in 19 types of business across the country, including supermarkets, department stores, cafes and restaurants. However, the vaccine pass system still remains in place and visitors are required to show their vaccination status to employees. [YONHAP]
