HYBE’s new girl group Le Sserafim will debut on May 2 with an EP titled “Fearless,” Source Music, an affiliate label of HYBE, announced Wednesday.

At 8 p.m. on May 2, the six-member girl group will hold a showcase at Jangchung Arena in central Seoul. This first meet-up will also be streamed live.

Source Music said reservations for Le Sserafim’s debut EP will be open from 11 a.m. today.

Over the past couple of weeks, Source Music has been revealing the members of Le Sserafim one by one. The six girls are: Kim Sakura, Kim Ga-ram, Kim Chae-won, Hong Eun-chae, Kazuha and Huh Yun-jin. Kim Chae-won is the leader of the group. Kim Chae-won and Sakura are ex-members of IZ*ONE, a project girl group formed after Mnet's K-pop survival program "Produce 48" (2018).

Le Sserafim is an anagram of “I’m Fearless,” symbolizing the girl group’s concept that they will venture out into the world without feeling afraid of others’ opinions. “Fearless” is the title of the new EP. The label is yet to reveal the track list.

Source Music will be managing the girls. Source Music had previously produced the now-disbanded girl group GFriend. Bang Si-hyuk, the founder of HYBE, and HYBE’s creative director Kim Sung-hyun, took the helm in producing Le Sserafim’s debut EP.
