HYBE denies Le Sserafim's Kazuha dating rumors

Kazuha's agency Source Music denied rumors that the Le Sserafim member is currently in a relationship with a K-pop star six years her senior.

“They are not in a relationship,” Source Music told the Korea JoongAng Daily on Wednesday.

The rumors began to circulate online after Japanese tabloid Shukan Bunshun reported that Kazuha was dating a “handsome idol who is 186 centimeters [6 foot one]” and six years older than her.

The publication claimed that Kazhua had been spotted on a date with the man at a fine dining restaurant in Ginza, Tokyo on March 17. Kazuha had been in Japan on March 16 and 17 for a fan meet and greet.

As soon as the news broke, online users began speculating that the person Kazuha had met was K of boy band &Team, who is said to be 186.5 centimeters tall. K is 26 years old while Kazuha is 20 years old.

In a similar incident, Shukan Bunshun claimed in January that Kim Chaewon, Kazuha’s fellow Le Serrafim member, was in a relationship. The photo the publication claimed was evidence was later revealed to be doctored.
