Body of woman found bringing flood death toll to 13

One more person was found dead in the aftermath of floods in Seoul earlier this week, bringing the death toll due to the heavy rains to 13.
 
The Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasures Headquarters announced late Thursday night that the body of a woman, who is the sister of a man in his 40s who was found dead inside an underground sewage system in Seocho District on Wednesday, was located approximately four kilometers (2.4 miles) away from where her brother was discovered.
 
The siblings were heading home Monday evening after visiting their ill father, according to local press reports. They were last seen in Seocho District on footage filmed on a dash cam of a car that was parked in the area.
 
As of Friday morning, eight people were killed in Seoul due to the floods, three in Gyeonggi and two in Gangwon. Six people remain missing.
 
Almost 6,300 people were evacuated from their homes across seven cities and provinces.
