Cast unveiled for musical 'Dracula'

The cast for the musical “Dracula,” which is coming back to the stage for the first time in three years, was announced Tuesday.
 
“Dracula,” set to open on Nov. 15 at Woori Art Hall in Olympic Park in eastern Seoul. Shin Sung-woo, Ahn Jae-wook, Jung Dong-ha and Tei will alternate the titular lead. 
 
Based on Bram Stoker’s 1897 novel, the musical “Dracula” first opened in Prague in 1995 and has since been staged in various countries including Germany, France, Russia, Poland and Korea, attracting over 5 million audience members.
 
Shin has been playing the role of Dracula ever since the first stage performance in Korea in 1998.
 
Kim Jin-hwan of K-pop boy group iKON, singer Yu Seung-woo, Lee Byeong-chan and Kim Jong-hyeong of boy group DKZ will appear in supporting roles.
