Located in Gangnam-gu Samseong-dong 144-6, 7, 8, 12, Hillstate Samseong is an officetel (a building used for both commercial and residential purposes in Korea) designed mainly for living with a total of 165 houses and 24 floors. From the seventh floor underground to the seventeenth floor aboveground, the houses range from 50 to 84 meters-squared in terms of individual space.

If the interest rates determined when getting a loan exceed the fixed interest rates determined by Hillstate Samseong, the company provides the excess amount, removing possible concerns about rising interest rates.
