Seventeen will show off their mature side on new EP "Your Choice," dropping at 6 p.m. today.

"Your Choice" is "an album that represents Seventeen's music and identity at this point in time," the band said in a press release on Friday morning.

The six-track EP is the band's first new release in eight months after special album "; [Semicolon]" was released in October last year with the hit lead track "HOME;RUN."

"With 'Your Choice,' listeners will be able to meet a more matured Seventeen," said band member Hoshi.

Lead track "Ready to Love" is an R&B pop dance track that uses powerful synth sounds and deep bass to give an energetic yet soft vibe. Band member Woozi helped produced the song, alongside famed producer Bumzu and Wonderkid, as well as Bang Si-hyuk, head of the HYBE Labels.

"Bascially, the album is a narrative of love," said band member Wonwoo, while The 8 added that it also shows "the power of love" as well.

"We're going to fill 2021 with all the different phases of love," said Woozi. "We thought about how to show the diverse sides of love and thought hard about it. So we hope you look forward to what we have to show you."
