Korea adds over 80,000 new Covid-19 cases Wednesday

Korea reported 87,517 new Covid-19 cases Wednesday, up more than 10,000 from the 75,744 cases reported one week ago, according to the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency.
 
The number of critically ill patients stood at 587 and 69 deaths were reported.
 
The cumulative number of confirmed Covid-19 cases in Korea is 28,859,713.
