Girl group Cherry Bullet will release its third EP on March 6 after a year-long hiatus, the group’s agency FNC Entertainment announced Thursday.

The teaser poster released on the group’s official Twitter account revealed some hints about the group’s next album, with the English text “Cherry _ _ sh begins soon,” and hashtags “CherryBulletWeek” and “FashionWeek.”

However, no further information has been revealed, including the name of the EP or the title of the lead track.

Cherry Bullet debuted as a 10-member girl group in 2019 with the song “Q&A.” Mirae, Kokoro and Linlin left the group less than a year after their debut, in December 2019, with the agency not disclosing the reason for their departure. The group continued its activities as a seven-member group, with the current members Haeyoon, Yuju, Bora, Jiwon, Remi, Chaerin and May.

With the name Cherry Bullet, a combination of two contrasting images, the group strives to be “the girl group that will snipe the general public’s mind with its lovely and energetic charm,” according to the agency. The group is most popular for its 2020 song “Hands up.”
