The People Power Party (PPP)’s innovation committee chair Ihn Yo-han went to Busan over the weekend to meet former PPP leader Lee Jun-seok after pardoning him for his erratic behavior, in a gesture to reunite the governing party. But the 30-something former party leader sarcastically said, “The patient is in Seoul.” Ihn, a former doctor in Seoul, was recruited as the committee chair to help revive the ailing party, but Lee seems to be more interested in creating a new party than joining the PPP.
