Police arrest teens suspected of vandalizing historic Seoul palace

Police arrested Tuesday a 17-year-old individual suspected of vandalizing the wall of Gyeongbok Palace in Seoul on Saturday.  
 
The unidentified teen was taken into custody at 7:08 p.m. at his home in Suwon, Gyeonggi.
 
Police also apprehended the teen's 16-year-old female accomplice, also in Suwon. 
 
Vandals spray-painted the words "free movies" along with a website address on the wall of the historic palace on Saturday. 
 
A second suspect accused of vandalizing the western gate of Gyeongbok Palace on Sunday turned himself in on Monday.
