Boy band POW will return with a new album on Jan. 25, after it gets back from holding its first overseas performance this year in Berlin, the band’s agency GRID Entertainment said Tuesday.

The band is set to perform on Jan. 18 for the K-pop concert “K-Galaxy 2024” held in Berlin. The band will perform alongside other artists, including rappers B.I and Reddy.

Further details about the band’s upcoming album have not yet been disclosed.

POW debuted on Oct. 11, 2023, with the EP “Favorite” under GRID Entertainment. The band has five members: Yorch, Hyunbin, Jungbin, Dongyeon and Hong.

The name POW embodies the members' aspiration to bring an explosive vitality to the K-pop scene. The band is going for a “European youth culture theme,” according to the agency.

The band participated in several overseas events including online performance series Global Spin Live, New York Fashion Week and Thailand’s music event Octopop Festival.
