President Yoon Suk Yeol on Tuesday presented letters of appointment to two new Supreme Court justice at the presidential office in Yongsan, central Seoul, on Tuesday.
 
Last week, Yoon named veteran judges, Shin Sook-hee and Eom Sang-phil to seats at the top court.
 
The National Assembly's special confirmation committee earlier approved their nominations, as parliamentary consent is required by law.
 
Chief Justice Cho Hee-dae, newly appointed last December, also took part in the ceremony.
