Korean supermarkets stock up on American cherries

 
Boxes of American cherries are stocked at a large supermarket in Seoul on Monday. Large supermarkets in Korea have increased their stock of American cherries, which are in season, fourfold in an effort to stabilize fruit prices. They will also offer out discounts on oriental melons and watermelons starting this month. [YONHAP]
