A K-pop idol group member reported the head of their agency for assault, the Seoul Gangnam Station said Tuesday.
According to the police, a man in his 40s is under investigation for assaulting the members of his agency's K-pop band with a 90-centimeter (3-foot) "blunt weapon" on June 11 at around 4:30 a.m.
The agency head made the assault at the members' co-living accommodation while berating the group for "making the house dirty."
Police arrived on the scene after getting the report from the group member. At the time of the report, there were minors and the agency head was drunk, according to the police.
